Hello, My name is Hilda Dwumfuor. I am originally from Kumasi, Ghana but I was raised in Douglasville, Georgia. My treatment and interventions are process & solution-focused. I aid my clients in understanding the “why” behind what they’re going through. I also help my clients see their self-worth, process life stressors and develop coping skills to fit their needs. My focus is in race-based trauma such as colorism and generational trauma, anxiety, workplace burnout, depression, education based stress(college age), coaching, vocational stress, personal development, self esteem, and self worth. My population of interest are LGBTQ people, adolescents, children, and black women.

Katrina Gross LMSW, MSW | Therapist
Hello, my name is Katrina (she/they). I am a Black queer therapist dedicated to providing affirming and trauma-informed care for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized individuals. My approach to therapy is intersectional, strengths-based, and solution-focused, helping clients process life’s challenges, reclaim their narratives, and step into their fullest selves. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and healing from racial and intergenerational trauma. I also support individuals navigating self-esteem, boundary-setting, life transitions, and the emotional toll of systemic oppression. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, affirmed, and empowered in ways that honor their lived experiences. My treatment and intervention approaches incorporate Relational Cultural Therapy, mindfulness, body-centered practices, and solution-focused methods that challenge oppressive systems while honoring cultural wisdom. I believe healing is deeply personal and should be adaptable to each individual’s needs, whether it involves deep introspection, reclaiming joy, finding stillness, or simply having a safe space to be. Outside of therapy, I am on a personal journey of movement and self-discovery, embracing flexibility (both in life and body) and living with intention. As I prepare to incorporate travel and exploration into my lifestyle, I am passionate about expanding access to therapy beyond borders and helping clients cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and the freedom to define healing on their own terms.

Keshia Sellers, MSW | Therapist
My name is Keshia Sellers. I am from a small town called Riceboro, GA, but I've been living in the Atlanta area for the past 13 years. My treatment and intervention approaches are strength-based and solution-based. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome adversity, thrive through life experiences, and live a purposeful life. I am a strong believer that it's no always about "what" you go through in life, but "how" you get through it. I am here to help my clients find their "how". I also help my clients identify and process their emotions, and I provide them with coping skills, tools, and resources to adequately meet their individualized needs. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, educational stress, trauma, domestic violence, anger management, spiritual distress, personal empowerment, and life coaching. My populations of interest are children, adolescents, black women and young adults.
